“Staff were very helpful. Cleanliness was okay, no complaints. Location is good, close to consulate. TV was not working. Coffee/tea bags were there but no kettle. Requested and got kettle but power tripped when using it, so did not use it. Overall okay stay but calling out things that can be better.”

“ I booked the hotel through hotel.com. The email show me the check out time is 23PM. I confused and checked through the counter. On the date they confirmed that I can check out at 23PM. But when I check out, they told me that I should check out before noon and ask me to pay additional 1 day. It is very bad experience!”

“Great stay at Raj Park. Location was ideal for seeing the centre of Chennai. We were very happy with the room as could hear no traffic outside. Friendly and helpful staff - was particularly happy with the ease of getting airport transport at 4am. Room service was very good and efficient. Would be good if allergens were labelled more clearly on the menu. We also would of preferred having more bottles of water or a water dispenser in the room as we kept having to ask for more at the front desk. ”

“Room Floor needs to be sweep. Stains are sticking to barefoot. Food delivery to room service is very late. It took almost one hour to deliver the lunch. after getting food one hour late, I requested room service boy for tomato sauce, I didn't came even I waited for half hour. Then I called receptions to delivery tomato sauce, he said it will delivered by 5 minutes. however it is not delivered. I checked out the room.”

“Rooms are nice and spacious. Staff are kind, courteous and helpful. WiFi setup is annoying and doesn’t work. Key cards sometimes don’t work and have to be replaced.”

“The room was reasonably clean and maintained by a team of junior staff. The front desk staff, Vijay, Arun and smiley faced Jennifer were always obliging and helpful. The night staff also were equally helpful. The major shopping areas of T Nagar namely N Usman Road, Pondy Bazzar, are only a few hundred meters walking distance away. No hesitation in recommending AR Residency for a long or short stay.”
