“This hotel is super kid friendly. We stayed here for 5 days and it was absolutely comfortable. Housekeeping kept our room clean. The daily breakfast was authentic, fresh and delicious. The pool and the area was always clean. The noise level was always quiet and they did all they could to accommodate us. The restaurant food was great all the time. The hotel was also very safe. They have security walking the area 24/7.”

“Stay at your own risk! Especially, if you’re not from el Salvador. If for some reason you are not satisfied and plan to leave early. They will advise they can make a refund to a bank acct. But, they don’t tell you it needs to be local bank in El Salvador. One of the rooms provided was infested with bed bugs and they refused to refund me the night that I got ate up by bugs. They close the lobby at night. So when I needed help at 2 am there was no one available and the “security” guard told me……

“We stayed in the rooms with ocean view and it was breathe taking getting to see the sunrise. Food and drinks are amazing!! Try the alcoholic beverage with passion fruit, it’s chef’s kiss! The drive was so nice and easy, the roads are in good condition! I will definitely be coming back next year.”
