A lot of guests take these cups to their room. 6\. The security touch pad system in my opinion is not ideal, it should be installed inside the lifts instead of the main entrance door bcoz anyone can sneak in when someone exit/enter the hotel anyway. 7\. The bathroom door stop is a disaster, I kicked it accidentally a few times and my toe was hurt. 8\. The check in time is rather slow, we could not have our room at 3pm and need to wait till 5pm.
