First of all, the staff is beyond great! We were on the first floor but the lobby is small and not loud. The breakfast on the roof is beautiful and a great traditional meal. It's a small hotel that's close to everything, especially the Blue Mosque. It is also very close to the taxi place, so very quick pickup for a ride back to the airport. Definitely take advantage of the free ride from the airport, it's a nice shuttle that would normally cost you double a taxi fare.

I needed a hotel for a 1.5 day stay over in Istanbul. This hotel was perfect. It was clean, in a great location, and the staff was super accommodating and helpful. Even though the restaurant was very tasty, there are loads of options within walking distance. The service set this hotel apart. All staff were extremely helpful and worked hard to answer my questions and offer guidance. A kind gentlemen Ilker even sorted a taxi for me and helped get me on my way.
