“I spent two nights here and both were without any heating in freezing minus 4 weather. I asked 5 times for a solution nothing given. I was given a broken heated and my room was not even cleaned. I had to make my own bed and the bedding did not even fit the bed. I had two terrible nights sleep in freezing room with uncomfortable bed. Never again. Do not recommend to anyone. ”
