“I booked my room with a prepaid rate. Having already booked, I was told that there would be no one on reception to receive me so I would have to go to their sister hotel to receive my key. This turned out to be a 15 minute walk away, hugely irritating as I arrived after dark in a new town by taxi. I was then told that the spa/sauna facilities were not working at the apartments and so I would have to use the facilities at the hotel, just not convenient at all. “You had to make reservations to eat, including breakfast. That is very hard to do and inconvenient when you are traveling in on vacation. We were told that we could grab food and bring it back to our rooms if we wanted. There was no daily room cleanup service. When my husband went to go pick up dinner to bring it back to the room the restaurant was empty, and when he went to go sit at one of the tables to wait for the food to be prepared, since there was not a phone number to call and order the……

“Wir waren mit den Motorräder dort. Parkplatz vor der Tür. -10 % auf Essen u. Trinken im Restaurant, wenn man es aufs Zimmer bucht. Nach dem Motorad fahren zur Erholung in den Pool war herrlich u. man hat einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Ein nettes älteres Hotel, gutem Essen u. nettes Personal. Die Bergbahn ist auch gleich vor der Tür.”
