“ Chambre propre Personnel accueillant et poli Petit déjeuner parfait ”

“Room had wall mounted tv removed from fixed wall frame with temporary cables running to a tv sat on the dressing table which also obscured the mirror. Bathroom sliding door was broken. Crisps/chips were left on the floor under the edge of the bed from previous guest. Complained to reception who initially said there was nothing wrong and why were we complaining as the room had a tv. We asked for another room and were told it was not possible as the hotel was full when in fact it was actually only……

“The pool and sauna area closes too early to enjoy it on the evening of arrival. Then, early in the morning, someone started mowing the overgrown lawn with a loud riding mower right next to my first floor window. He could have started on the far part of the lawn to avoid disturbing guests until late morning / early afternoon.”
