“The pool and sauna area closes too early to enjoy it on the evening of arrival. Then, early in the morning, someone started mowing the overgrown lawn with a loud riding mower right next to my first floor window. He could have started on the far part of the lawn to avoid disturbing guests until late morning / early afternoon.”

“Location, atmosphere, room & staff excellent. Only minor point that the aircon did not work. It was unseasonably warm when we stayed but could have done with the room being cooler to sleep.
