"Very friendly and helpful manager, we were running late, traveling by motorcycle, so we were a tad nervous, but he waited and knew exactly who we were and took good care of us, showed us how everything worked and made sure we were comfortable. "This was a last minute booking and my budget was small so my expectations were not very high. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the centre of Sanremo. If, like me, you are unfortunate enough to get a room close to the adjacent petrol station, you might find your room is not dark enough for an undisturbed sleep. The room is basic but clean. My mattress was very hard. The free breakfast is adequate but only one cup of coffee offered! Overall, I am satisfied with my stay."

"I came to Hotel Aida with my Dad for two nights. Our rooms were ready on arrival at 1pm and Giovanni out us in rooms next to each other. All the staff wished us a warm welcome. The dining room was pleasant, the terrace was very comfortable and everything about the stay was just so welcoming. The rooms were clean and the housekeepers were nice. Honestly for a 3 star they were at the top end. Could not fault them at all. Thank you Giovanni and staff for such a lovely visit. "
