“唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾……

“The room was clean but there were a few things in the room that needed attention like an uncovered cord on the wall coming from the wall lights, a run in the carpet, and food in the fridge from the previous guest.
The staff were helpful and the breakfast was nice.”

“Found an earwig in our room and the room had an odd smell, room wasn’t clean either. We left without staying and when we asked for a refund they pretty much said there’s nothing they could do about it.”

“Communication with staff started the day prior to our arrival via text.. check in was very friendly and helpful to give us a quick overview view of the resort and the Williamsburg local sites to see.
We really liked the room had more of an apartment feel than a hotel room.
The room was clean and fresh feeling.
Bed slept well for both of us. One of us prefers softer and one more firm.. king size is the way to go.
The amenities were worth taking extra time on the resort to enjoy.

“The unit was a little dated but clean. The beds were comfortable. Quiet space except expect to hear the people above you. Nice check-in and check-out staff . She was super nice and inviting. And continued to check-in with us via text throughout our stay.
The second welcome man was not so welcoming and he gave us what he called a “gift”which was a free local magazine. Friends of ours also stayed at the same location. They were offered a return visit at a discount. We were not.
