The property itself was very nice. However I put my trashcan outside my room door to be emptied 2 days in a row and it was looked over. When I finally found a staff member in my building (rare) to ask, instead of offering to empty it or have someone to empty it, he guided me to the outside dumpster.

Marriott's Manor Club at Ford's Colony in Williamsburg- Bad experience, took money and did not do the right thing when it was pointed out to them the all the terrible mishaps that were taking place. Phones were not working properly, construction going on right next to Janestown Commons building, airconditioning is preset and leaves the bedroom and bathroom hot. Housekeeping is done on your 8th stay. Patio lock fell out of wall, slept with no lock on door.

Marriott's Manor Club at Ford's Colony- bad experience there. Jamestown Commons Building has construction right next to it which started really early in morning and commenced alllll day. Phones were not working properly, patio door lock fell out of wall, so had to sleep all evening and night with no lock. Air conditioner does not go below 68. Full housekeeping done after 8 day stay. Marriott Manor Club took did not care that I was a Marriott Bonvoy Member.

Mariott's Manor Club at Ford's Colony -had bad experience there. Jamestown Commons building has construction right next to it which started at 8am and commenced all day. The air conditioning is pre-set so it will not go lower than 69. The bedroom became hot. The phones were not working properly. House keeping comes on your 8th day of stay. Bad experience here!
