“Shocked with the hotel. It’s little better than lodge & feel terribly cheated having paid 10k a night. I understand it was Christmas weekend but anyone booking should not pay more than 5k a night. Sheets & towels were clean ”

“Shambala is a quiet plantation stay a few kilometers away from Yercaud Lake and the other busy tourist areas. The manager, Mr. Ravi, front desk manager, Jayaram, Chef Sundar and the restaurant and maintenance staff all personally attend to you and offer really great service. The place is clean and well maintained, and there is wifi even inside the rooms.”

“We had a family stay at the resort, kids lived the play area, rooms are very big and spacious, location is awesome and the reception is very helpful. They ordered dinner for us from somewhere else, when we were late just on a phone request There is no restaurant at the property”

“It’s in a remote place for network will be an issue The management is very poor as it is managed by bunch of boys The room doesn’t have keys to lock Food service is very poor and not good Still there is scope for improvement and can be organized better ”
