"Everything was great except the hotel never provided water to drink, no English breakfast tea in the morning and milk. We are so used to coffee / tea and that was a big minus. Rest all was great"

"The staff were exceptional. Special call out to Alex who gave us some excellent bar and restaurant recommendations. Room clean and great location. Only negative was some construction noise early in morning from surrounding buildings. Other than that would recommend."

"Really loved the hotel, it’s staff, location, facilities and food. Only slight niggle was being able to hear the neighbouring room’s TV late at night - but think that’s more the fault of the neighbour rather than the hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel which is located near a cafe, the train station, an exceptional laundromat and a central bus stop which was all we needed. We had a room with a terrace which I recommend if you want a bit of extra space. Staff was top notch and room was very clean. Can't comment on breakfast because we took it elsewhere."

"Rooms were clean and comfortable . The kettle with complimentary tea and coffee was a bonus. Breakfast had plenty of choice to suit most people. Staff were helpful, polite & pleasant The hotel is very close to the Alhambra & only a 20 min downhill walk into the city .There is a regular hop on hop off bus service or tourist train close to the hotel if you prefer not to walk. On site parking is available. Hope to return later in the year ."

"The hotel is a bit out of the action. There is a grocery store a few minutes away, and next to it a very good, but small laundromat. The hotel description mentions "Laundry Facilities", which it does not have. It has a "Laundry Service" where you give them your clothes and they wash them for a fee. There are two nearby buses that can take you downtown (lines 4 and 21)."
