“No hot water in a 4* property!! Unbelievable, but true!!
Staff has to run around with buckets of hot water to supply to the room!
Veg & Non-veg counters are the same. Vegetarians will find it absolutely difficult and shocked to know that catering guys have forgotten their basics!! :)
Don't ask about the passage carpets! They stink, stain and stick.
Having said that, front-desk/reception service was too good - excellent! They really try to save the faces of this hotel. ”

“Overall good experience.
It's a nice place for a lazy stay. only limitation is that the room I chose weren't facing the Banasura hills but I got royal family suite complementary for a day. Hence I can forget it.
