“The staff were very helpful with accommodating us with a ground floor due to my illness. The rooms are lovely and the hotel is central to everything. Thank you very much for our lovely stay .”

Generally, the room is tired and needs an upgrade. It looks 30+ years since any update.
One lift was out of action, and the other lift was clunky, sounding like it would fail soon.
Kitchen basic.
Bathroom ancient.
Bed springs were noisy.
Parking on site good.
Rather disappointed overall for the money.”
“It is winter in Australia. The motel had the air con heat set at 10 degrees, no phone in the room. So no way of getting help at 3 a.m in the morning. The temperature was 5 degrees that night. No extra blankets either. I also called the motel before arriving and said I would pay in cash when we arrived. They used my credit card before we arrived, was not happy about that. Overall disappointed. For a small country town $203 a night ( standard motel room) I would not stay there again”
