“When we arrived the lights and power in our room and hallway did not work for about 90 minutes, after which the problem was fixed. I suppose it was okay as they let us check in early.”

“The staff were very helpful and friendly. There were plenty of breakfast items to pick from in the morning. The hotel is well situated and just a short walk from the bus and train stations. It is located close to shops, bars and restaurants.”

“Th hotel is lovely and in a great area of town. The check in process was to put it politely "not customer friendly". We had to use an iPad to enter every bit of information, while the clerk (who had a full keyboard and could do this many times faster than 2 fingers on a small iPad) watched and did not intervene to assist unless asked. During Covid, this might have been helpful, but these days, it is simply inefficient and unnecessary. The staff were uneven - some were great (the 2nd person……
