“I have a poorest experience in OBLU Helengeli resort. This is my fifth times to Maldives but the experience in the resort destroy my whole holiday with family. All the staffs and managers on the island are not helpful and friendly, they can not give helps when I have problems in doing the reservation or on board. 1. “We travel quite a lot. I honestly can’t understand how this place has received such high ratings; it must be because of the staff, who were exceptionally friendly. Unfortunately, the bathroom smelled strongly of mold, and the towels were covered in stains. We checked out the next day, even though we had booked three nights. Thankfully, we found better options elsewhere on the island.”
