They did not care that our AC unit leaked all over the floor next to the bed soaking the carpet and the kitchen downstairs was so expensive for the low level quality food. “We enjoyed a restful stay at the Francis Malbone house this past weekend! It was great to be in the heart of Newport, close to so many restaurants and shops. But once we entered, the peace and quiet we experienced was lovely and we forgot we were so close to everything else. Breakfast was amazing and having some delicious snacks at afternoon tea was also a nice treat. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this spot and hope to visit again another time!”

“The location is what it’s all about. The Lawn is a unique huge-crowd enjoyment of the view from this location. Thankfully the view from the HarbourHouses is the beautiful private version of this great view. Breakfast offering is very good and delicious. Staff are friendly and engaging but the delivery is slow. The FineDining in Aurelio is good but frankly slightly overrated. Should not serve whipped butter in a fine dining restaurant. And bread after 3 courses?!? Lobster and Beef course were……
