“Große (Ent)täuschung! Aus zwei Gründen: 1) Wir hatten ein 4 Personen Apartment gebucht. Es waren aber lediglich zwei Zimmer, keine Kochnische, kein Kühlschrank, auch kein Balkon. Das dürfte nicht als Apartment angeboten werden! 2) Wellnessbereich (Pool und Sauna) war nicht in gebuchten Preise inkludiert, musste extra bezahlt werden. Es müsste beim Buchen angezeigt werden, wenn der Wellnessbereich in einen 4\* Hotel nicht inkludiert ist. Außerdem weist das Hotel große Instandhaltungsmängel auf……

“Nachdem wir angekommen sind haben wir festgestellt das der Fernseh nicht funktionierte, es war im ganzen Appartment immer überschlagen, nie wirklich angenehm warm obwohl wir die Heizungen anschliessend auf 6 aufgedreht hatten. Mülltüten waren nur die im Mülleimer vorhanden wie auch keine Küchenrolle und ein Schwamm der schon benutzt war, nur kleine Pfannen vorhanden die total kaputt waren. Toiletten waren sauber und Toilettenpapier ausreichend da. Unter den Teppich im Wohnbereich waren Brösel……
