“接待客氣,房間簡潔舒適,只是地板熱度,我們受不了，有點傷腦筋。只好將毛巾淋水，否則室內太乾了。早餐很不錯，每天選不ㄧ樣的。Ohrid湖，正面對，人間仙境，到各境點，都很方便，慢慢走，都可以到。四天三夜，有點不夠。”

“The reception staff is kindly and provides many assistance to us. It is very pity that the winery only opens in April to November. Next time we would visit it in summer time to taste the wine.”

“Fantastic place to stay. Close proximity to the bazaar and old town. Beaches are only a short 10min walk through the old down. We loved how close it was to the grocery store and playground. At night the area is quite lively. Highly recommend. ”

“This hotel was very dirty and stinky. We have travelled all over the world and understand that a 5 star hotel means different things in different countries, but this hotel was just nasty. Maybe it was a 5 star hotel 50 years ago, but not any more. We did stay over night because we had nowhere else to go and got out of there in the morning. The hotel refused to give us a refund for the remaining nights, claiming they have a strict cancellation policy. I just wanted to show my Canadian husband……

“I booked the property through expedia. On day we were to arrive the property told us that they did not have our reservation and were fully booked. Then when going through Expedia for a refund I was told the property was not giving one? Not sure how you took my money but don't work with Expedia and have no rooms available? Called the property multiple times with no answer for any type of clarification, all done through Expedia messages. Horrible experience and had to book elsewhere ”
