I had specifically requested a hotel in or very near the city centre and at least four stars standard I was booked into a hotel 35 km away. I had requested for taxi to be picked up from the Airport and you had confirmed that at 20 euro cost they will send me a taxi. No taxi was there at my arrival. When I phoned they had no knowledge of it and on my insisitance they send a hotel player to take me in his private car. On return despite……
