“Good: the staff is great service oriented. Breakfast was also good with enough items to select from. I do not understand how this is 5 star hotel and heritage. 1. Room smelled 2. Humid 3. Aged floor 4. Light bulbs not working in bathroom 5. No wash cloth in bathroom 6. Towels were little yellowed 7. They give you lock and key which does not make it heritage. 8. All rooms window faces hallways so if you keep drapes open then all those passes bu to get to their room will look in your room.……

“The room was clean, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was decent. The overall property also looks quite nice. However, I found it to be quite crowded and somewhat chaotic. There were also large tourist groups and company conferences happening at the same time, which made the experience harder to manage.”
