The staff were very helpful, allowing us to check in early and letting us leave our baggage after checking out. "Ideal hotel for visiting historic Ypres. The town square, with all it's restaurants and bars, is a 5-10 minute walk and the hotel has plenty of free parking. The rooms are spacious and have everything you could need. The staff are unfailingly friendly and helpful. This was my second stay and the Ariane would be my choice if I visit Ypres again."

"We arrived Friday 1300hrs and were told the Restaurant and the bar was closed for the day due to staff party ....the hotel is in middle of an industrial estate miles from anywhere exceot the motorway. Nearest walkable shops etc are an hours walk. Saturday they made the bed refreshed the towels but not tea, coffee etc Sunday we came back to the hotel for dinner and some drinks at 1800hrs to be told the Restaurant and Bar were again shut :( on getting to our rooms neither had been serviced at all...
