“Unique fir any reason!”

“We paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse. The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is that after dinner there isn’t entertainment for the guests ,like a play room, especially when you’re in Bansko out of the season. One……

“The breakfast offer at this hotel is very limited. There are only five set options available, all of which contain a large amount of bread. For guests who cannot consume gluten, this means that they cannot have a proper, satisfying breakfast. No alternative choices are provided apart from these five predefined breakfast sets. For a hotel with four stars, this is not really appropriate. Another issue was that in the room, which was supposed to be non-smoking, there were clear signs of recent……

“Buen hotel, que ha sido recientemente renovado. Las habitaciones son amplias, con buena señal WiFi pero les faltan muebles. Dispone de parking privado. El desayuno es pobre y malillo. El zumo que ofrecen es de muy baja calidad. Dispone de piscina climatizada y jacuzzi. El personal es muy amable.”

“We had a 3 night stay here and couldn’t have asked for more the rooms We’re clean and comfortable the breakfast and dinner buffet was great with lots of choice, the wine beer and juice is a good bonus.”
