The hotel however is understaffed as we sat in the bar area for a half hour with no one running it, wanted a drink, the front desk person said they'd be right over, another 20 minutes and they were still checking people in our out. Tried to push everything to their outsource cleaning company, even ask us to contact that company directly… Also, housekeeping also throw away an empty wine bottle, which is obviously a souvenir, we put one the reading table. At the same time, an empty plastic water bottle on the ground was kept when we come back… "
