“Great quiet location just outside of the main city, resort rooms were private but plenty of people in common areas (went in off season). Kids club was a huge letdown - zero kids and the indoor and outdoor area was dusty (literal dust on a box of toys brought out for my daughter). Babysitting through kids club was 1000vatu and staff were lovely but could have been more atmosphere there. Front staff were helpful when you made requests but could have more training in supporting patrons with……

“The bathroom was not very clean, there was hair in the shower that was not mine. I was also very disappointed that the tour I booked was cancelled only an hour before it was supposed to start. I had no idea it could be cancelled. I had no time to book another tour and my entire day was turned upside down.”

“Staff was terriffic, room was clean, property was great - only reasons for 4 vs. 5 stars: There was still a good deal of construction and noise happening, because of the earthquake recovery efforts. (Some drilling/grinding upstairs from my room, and chiseling and hammering for installation of new pavers by the pool) but to be expected given the situation when only 17 of 100+ rooms are in operation! Also, the front approach/sign could have used a bit of cleaning/pressure washing and the breakfast……
