“Everything is great but just no wifi in the room.”

“The biggest asset to this hotel is their staff everyone was friendly, helpful and engaged with the kids. From the initial welcome from the chief to departing the hotel everything was great. Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Vanuatu .. ”

“Staff amazing. Breakfast included had some good points, the omelette chef deserves a medal as he’s doing so much. All the food in Bain Marie stone cold each day and bacon unable to be chewed. Such shame as staff on the floor work so hard. We did notice a senior staff member standing, over staff watching but he,didn’t lift a finger to help them. The biggest fault in the hotel is the internet. It is,almost non existent so as a business owner I can’t have a full holiday and need wifi so my day……

“It is quite a nice experience to have stayed there for 10 days. The owners and the staffs there were really friendly, and responded to my requests immediately. The door nub was not working well, but I have no problem leaving my stuff in the room while I was away for meetings. It is a bit far from downtown, and after 9pm it is quite a challenge to get a bus to go back to that direction. However it has a really nice restaurant, and the rib eye there is the best I have ever had.”

“The staff really truly makes this stay amazing. They are so happy, so helpful, they made the stay great. The ocean views are fantastic and villas large and spacious. It is an experience to stay there. The island is a smaller island off the main island and there are no shopping centres, no TV no intent, nothing to distract you from total immersion into nature. Forest on one side, ocean on the other side, this resort was made for relaxation. We loved using the complimentary kayaks to explore……

“这个酒店在当地知名度不高，有些bus司机没有听过这个酒店，但是他们打电话问其他人，最后帮我们找到了。前台五点就下班了，所以要是晚入住的话，尽量提早跟酒店沟通。我们所住的房间应该是这个酒店最好的房型，非常满意，性价比很高。开始看评价很少，有点担心酒店不好， 但事实证明这个酒店（最起码是我们的房型，相当好）房间很大，装修布置都很不错，私密性也不错，开门就是湖，右边还有私人小“沙滩”躺椅。酒店风景也很美，在酒店就可以免费租用划船用具。服务也很好，就是蚊子有点多，但是瓦努阿图都是这样的。”

“I do love the hotel. It is located in the city center. The cost of going from the airport to the hotel is reasonable. It is about 1500 VUV. The hotel includes a beautiful breakfast. The omelette is so tasty. The swimming pool is good, you can swim till 10PM at night. Towels can be borrowed from the reception. The view is major.”

“Very clean and well organised. There is a pool and a bar/restaurant if you don't want to go out to eat. Very well located just a few minutes away from the city's centre and various supermakets. It might get a bit noisy in the evening because of the bar's evening specials, but it's not too bad”

The private plunge pool villa was stunning—beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and offered the perfect level of privacy. “Our hosts/staff were friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant 'Birdies' is just right for the location, good vibe. The food is excellent but expect the prices to reflect what you'd pay back home. The accomodation was just right for us (family: 2 adults + 1 teen), we had seperate rooms with individual ensuites. The snorkeling was amazing and reputed to be the best on the Island: lots of different corals and fish. Water was warm, even in their winter. There is another bar down the road ('the……
