“Very friendly, dedicated and caring staff. Christine at reception was a darling. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We liked the minibar. They even gave us a hot water bottle for our room. Water was provided and internet was great. We would come back and enjoyed our stay. Parking and pool were there. Breakfast had a lot of choices. It had a guarded gate, so it is a very safe place.”

“Nice hotel. We only stayed one night so I can't judge local game and wildlife activities. Our room was really good and we had a very nice meal by an open fire in the restaurant. Very cosy. Staff were very good, friendly and helpful. Nice gardens. One thing to note is that the power is provided by a generator so it's not always on. Probably not a problem if you're out all day. It's on in the morning and evening. The road is a bit rough from the B5 to the lodge. We had a high clearance SUV so not...

“This property seemed to have quite good reviews. I was disappointed overall. Pros: -Rooms were clean and comfortable -Location was convenient -Staff was friendly Cons: -the hotel seemed pretty run down -the restaurant was substandard -you could hear everything through the walls -there was no hot water, even after 3 complaints -the staff moved all my stuff to another room without my prior knowledge or permission because they wanted to give my room to someone else”
