“The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. She then even counter……

The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful”
