“Hotel is very nice and comfortable, very nice SPA, but the service in the restaurant not so good (food with no flavor, nearly hour waiting for dinner, water with spoiled fruit), no parking and in the morning we didn’t have water in shower. Very pity because the hotel is really nice.”

“The booking I've made through Expedia was not honored. We were told the very day at the front desk that there was no room available and that was due to Expedia system failure. We were expelled and had to find another hotel in a neighboring town 30 minutes away by car, as all other hotels around were full.
Contacted immediately Expedia, but Expedia chat said that the booking cannot be cancelled as the "stay has already been engaged" and that the refund shall be dealt with the property. The……
