“The property itself is beautiful, and the restaurants are excellent, especially The View, which had the best food of any dining venue on the property. Unfortunately, the service experience did not match the quality of the resort. There was a noticeable aloofness among the staff, particularly at the front desk. Interactions often felt indifferent, with little acknowledgment or greeting from employees. As a result, the property lacked the warm, welcoming atmosphere one would expect from a resort……

“Appartamento descritto come 5 posti letto, c'erano solo 4 letti, il 5 teorico letto era un divano molto piccolo che non permetteva di dormirci sopra perché diviso da una superficie di legno.
