“We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the location was perfect. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we felt truly welcomed throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!”

“All was fine until the check out day- asked the team night before that our flight is late at night and if we could have a late check out. No reply- supposedly have own personal assistant..on the day asked again, was told can wait in the lobby!! With a 9 year old until 10 pm. Asked to see manager, asked if they don't have late check out.. half baked apology.. despite all the saga, front reception ringing when I am vacating the room..premises luxury,service/ mentality so amateurish..”
