“Visiting Gaziantep as a family had been in our bucket list for 30 years.. we realized it.. Tugcan Hotel is what made our trip so complete and satisfactory.. the hotel is centrally located ; walking distance to bazaar, museums, castle and restaurants.. the staff were amazing; helpful, welcoming and friendly..the rooms are v clean and comfortable.. thank you to the whole team of Tugcan Hotel for making our stay so memorable..i will highly recommend 💖🙏”

“I stayed at this hotel with my family for two nights, and it was by far the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The towels were stained and dirty, and the baby crib was extremely dirty, as if it had never been cleaned.
The hotel's location also did not feel safe at all. Considering the price we paid, the breakfast was very disappointing as well.
I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.”
