“The lodge is well located in the Hillcrest area, close to the Main Road with it's shops and restaurants. Bev the hostess was very welcoming and seemed prepared to go out of her way to assist her guests. The breakfast in the morning was varied and good. “A small, intimate and immaculate establishment - like your own little villa! Not only was the breakfast (hot and cold) awesome, but it was the extra little touches that made an impression. For example: Although there was no restaurant for lunch & dinner, picnic tables, a microwave, plates, utensils and condiments were provided for guests' "bring-their-own-meal" use, little cookies daily with the in-room tea/coffee facilities, an honesty bar area, with an ice-maker, I could go on! “ We loved the garden and it was handy for what we wanted. The pool was not cleaned and there were no sunbeds with cushions or an umbrella. The room was alright and the kitchen, shared, ok. The breakfast was very limited ,cereal ,yogurt and make your own toast and fruit juice. The whole place needs an update and the outside cushions were covered in cat hair.”

“We really had a great stay. The staff are welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We were visiting family and the location was very convenient & easy to get to everywhere we needed to. The B&B is clean & tidy, the rooms serviced every day, clean linen & towels and plenty of space in our room. It provided us with a home away from home, and for some peace & quiet. With a small fridge in the room, and a kettle for tea & coffee, plus access to the kitchen with microwave & other facilities, it allows……

“Friendly owners / stuff! B&B with great facilities, swiming pool, sea view and excellent breakfast. If you want to relax with no hassle, this is it! Sounds of nature made the stay really relaxing. There was evidence by way of ash and ends caught in the rail of the sliding doors of the bedroom leading out to the pool, that someone had smoked in the room which was unfortunate.”
