  • The house is spacious with vaulted ceilings, 4 bedrooms, large fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 8 people, and a 2-car garage staged for entertaining.

    Golf-Garage: HDTV that streams apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, ESPN+, etc.) and also has Sports channels, bar with stools, bistro set, shuffle board and curling game, professional practice 4x10 putting green, Hookey game, and 2 golf bag stands (holds 4 oversized bags) with storage.

    Kitchen: loaded with dishes/utensils, pots/pans, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, toaster, drip and k-cup coffee maker, disposal, washer/dryer, and many items for cooking (salt, pepper, towels, mitts, sponges, can/bottle opener, etc.)

    Master Bedroom: memory foam queen-size bed, 43" HDTV that streams apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc.), private full bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower, 2 dressers.

    Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4: all memory foam mattresses (Queen and 2 Double/Full), all have dressers, nightstands, USB charging lamps, ceiling fans, and closets; Bedroom 3 has a desk and office chair.

    Outdoors: fully fenced in backyard has a large porch with outdoor seating, café lights; perfect for outdoor entertaining and very pet-friendly-fun!
