“This was easily the best check-in experience I've ever had at a motel. The owners greeted us and gave us a choice between two rooms. They were very helpful. “I stayed for one night. Staff were very kind, allowed me to check in early as my room was ready. I had done some crabbing that am and they have a shed in back for cleaning and cooking the catch. Needs a little upgrade but the basics were there and a nice touch. Beach was close, about a five minute walk. Room was well appointed. Really my only complaint—or recommendation—would be to place lamps on the side tables in the bedrooms. ”

“There is no pool here, for the last night of my stay i paid online when I went down to the office they told me that Expedia has not been paying them for the guests that paid online and I would have to pay them directly if I wanted to stay. I explained that I would not be able to do that as I had already paid Expedia for the stay. He told me in this case they would make an exception but only for this one time.
