This is a no-host facility. The office is locked with a note taped to the door with a phone number. I had to call to check-in. The door code didn't work the second time I tried to use it...had to call again. The host was not happy to be bothered. The wifi didn't work...had to call again. The host did not fix the wifi. No wifi during my stay. No wifi means no TV, either. There was mold on the wall in the bathroom. Paper thin walls...we could hear the neighbor's conversations and snoring. Room is dated. Bed was very uncomfortable. The pictures in the advertisement that show an office area to buy ice cream and other snacks, is false advertisement...the office is not open.

8.2/10 Very Good! (1,016 reviews)
The first room was upstairs & I had contacted the lodge needed downstairs because of us having knee issues. The 1st room upstairs was VERY SMALL, NO EXTRA SIDE BEDSIDE TABLE FOR EXTRA CPAP MACHINE, THE SHOWER WAS VERY-VERY TINY, SMALLER THAN PORTABLE POTTY! We were moved the following day to another room downstairs & provided a much better room only negative was the tub had NO shower (you used a water hose for showering, which you splashed water every where bc no shower curtain. The food was great but very-very expense! Clam chowder soup was very watered down, not creamy like it should be. The staff was very nice & the view of the lake/mountains was fantastic!
