The property was very convenient for staying in Westport - in the heart of the small “downtown” area. The room was clean, and the accommodations suited my group’s needs. I really appreciate having an option for groups that is pet-friendly.

Cabin, service, location within walking distance to Westport main street and docks was excellent. We enjoyed it all. We have stayed at many other locations but this has become our favorite!

The only thing not expected was that Expedia shows photos of the cabin, which we wanted to stay in, instead we arrived and were told we had a hotel room. It was huge with 3 bedrooms., 2 bathroom, kitchen, big living room with 2'couches and can see the beach and town. The staff are super friendly and responsive as usual and it's only about 1 block to the marina and shops, a short walk to the beach. I will continue to go back but hopefully they updatecthe photoscof the Captains Quarters.

The staff created us at arrival with a smile. The cabin was ready hours before check in. The grounds around the cabin were the picnic tables were provided a nice place to eat with the rest of our group. Because the main shopping and restaurant areas were so close it was easy to walk to, no finding parking. I found it cozy and comfortable.

The bed was very comfortable with very clean linens. Easy check-in process, good central location. However the bathroom fixtures were old and the hot water in the shower was not great. There was a window in the bathroom that was cracked and would not stay closed. There was no screen in the window which meant there were a lot of flies in the room and I killed one bee.

The staff was great and helpful. The property had a shared community amenities which is great for bigger group like we had. Over all it was a great experience. Definitely going back again to stay in the cabinet instead of a room.

Photos makes you think you are getting cabins - but if says suites it a room in hotel. We were disappointed at check in because of this. Our room was clean for the most part. Older hotel. Thin walls, could hear neighbors at 5am moving around & talking. We got locked out of our room (the locking system wasn't recognizing our room number) front desk helped. I did try to call after hours number 2 times that was listed but no one answered. Great location! Staff was nice.
