“The owners were amazing and super nice and lovely to chat with! They mentioned that they had purchased it a few years back and have been slowly renovating. The building itself you could tell was old, but they had deep-cleaned everything which was great! The parking lot looked new, as well as the floor in our room. The great reviews were what drew us, the nice parking lot and clean building as well as the super nice staff / owners were what re-assured us. We will definitely be staying here on our……

“Cannot recommend this place enough! During a recent stay for a friends wedding the staff were exceptionally helpful during the set up for ceremony and the reception after. The room I stayed in was very clean and had no issues to speak of. It had an excellent view of the lake, and was very quiet as I couldn’t hear any other guests during my stay.”

“My spouse and I stayed Thursday-Sunday and we had such a nice time! We had our little kitchenette which was perfect for the two of us, nice table and chairs to sit and play games and a very cozy bed! We were about 5 minutes from the beach (accessible from a trail connecting to the hotel) so we made quite a few trips over to find sand dollars and rocks! Both of the owners were SO sweet, gave us the rundown of the area and ideas of where to go! We explored the Gnome Trail which lead to a gorgeous……

“For a motel 6, I would say its pretty on par. Nothing to brag about but gets the job done while being nice on your pockets. The staff was nice and friendly, and the room was decent. Our only complaint was the towel hook was broken/hanging off the wall and the deadbolt didnt work so we relied on the door guard. We didnt realize till late in the night so didnt bother asking for a new room due to it, let staff know upon leaving. Easy parking and a little convince store right there”

“The camp provides barbecues and gas cylinders. The rooms, which are spacious, are equipped with stoves and decorated in a warm style.”

“This was a really cool place to stay! The marina was on one side, the ocean on the other. The state park was right next door too. Our corner room was very comfy and roomy. You could walk the docks and hear the sea lions and see the seals swimming right off our room. Bennet's restaurant across the street had really great food. The hotel also had a little cafe where we got coffee and muffins in the morning. We would come back to this part of the country just to stay and play here again!”
