I think the best part of my experience here was the lady running the place. I’m sad I can’t remeber her name but she seriously made my stay great by being super friendly, asking about my trip, and offering her help if I needed anything. The place was clean and bed was comfortable. Definitely would stay here again

Brand new property so very BRIGHT and Modern and new feeling. I just don’t understand why a 1/4 inch of white or light colored grout would be used between floor tiles - it gets dirty and is impossible to get clean so you have everything else looking new and sparkling but no matter what you do your floor is going to look grungy almost immediately. Poor choice in my opinion. Very nice staff, clean place and greet overall stay tho!!

The dining room attendant is so nice and accommodating! Lobby staff were friendly and helpful and cleaners kept things cleaned and stocked. We were very pleased with our stay!

Awesome in every way - an adult Disneyland. The only downfall is the train noise at night. The staff recommended ear plugs and you really do need them to sleep.

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting family. The hotel was impeccably clean, well-appointed, very new and modern, plus very quiet. We had requested a room on the top floor of the new building, per other travelers suggestions. We had a great view of Mt. Rainier when the fog lifted in the morning. It was my first time at this property. I was there for 2 nights with my wife and 2 grandkids. We really liked the experience in general, but even more the responsiveness of the staff, especially the security team. We had an issue at the wave pool with another guest. My granddaughter lost her swimming googles in the pool and they were taken by a man that father of 2 young kids also in the pool. He gave the googles to his son. When my 11-year-old grandson asked him to return the googles, this man...

Lack of outlets in the room. Otherwise the stay was above expectations for the price.

Hard to check in. No front desk or office. Was sent to Varsity North. At Varsity North was told to go back. New beds are good. The property has mostly been converted to apartments. The maids did a good job.

My husband and I came into town for a wedding and decided to stay here — and I am so grateful we did! I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the hotel was even nicer than the photos. The room was perfectly clean and the staff were extremely kind. Our friends paid 2x to stay at other properties in the area (and we definitely ended up with the nicest place!). Highly recommend — we will absolutely stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area.

The women at the front desk were really nice and they helped me a lot

From when we walked in the door to when we left, the man at the desk, Sam, was so helpful and friendly. He brought out luggage in without even being asked. He gave us a great recommendation to a restaurant that was close, walking distance. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was so comfortable. In the morning, the breakfast was filling and good. The same clerk was there in the morning and he remembered us. We will definitely be back.
