This is my first time renting through Landing, but it definitely won’t be my last. It was the most beautiful, clean pristine apartment and had everything you could want for your stay.

I couldn't be happier with the stay. I came into town for the Garmin Marathon Series and knew I wanted to stay close to the event and this was not only close to the expo and starting point but close to the Durham Food Hall and Farmers Market. From Check-in to Check-out the property staff were so helpful. They made sure to help me figure out the check-in process which was a bit confusing and were receptive to any questions I had. The apartment itself was immaculate and felt like a luxury stay- honestly, pristine. They went the extra mile, providing a snack bag and a box with essentials in case I needed to use the dishwasher, sink, or washing machine. They also had coffee pods for the Keurig. If I needed any help with check-in the Landing hotline staff were very helpful and the wait time to speak with someone was less then 5 minutes. If this is what all landing properties are like, I will be using them again in other cities! Thanks for the great stay!

Room was great, view was exceptional. The train going right past it in the middle of the night blasting it's horn was not great.

Always the best place to stay while in CH!
