I would not recommend staying here more than one night, they made us wait a while until our room was available and clean which at the time we entered the room the bathroom smell was terrible and wouldn’t go away, the beds were not comfortable and were too noisy and old and that’s not all, the carpet was all worn and dirty, we used socks only and they were all black

Three nights. Comfortable and everything we needed.I love they're hooked together with Portercreek. Great food always. Breakfast buffet is on of the best of hotels. Very convenient location.

We stayed at this hotel because of an early morning procedure at the Sanford Broadway Clinic. When we arrived, there was a staff member helping a couple check-in. She acknowledged us and said it would be a few minutes. We were checked in fairly quickly and then went to the room. After using the toilet, my husband could not get it to flush. The water was turned off because there was a crack in the tank, so we had a little stream from that during our stay. We had issues getting the TV to work and after going to the desk, a staff member came and assisted us. We were pleasantly surprised that the A/C unit kept us cool throughout the night and we both slept well on the King-sized bed. The breakfast was good (hot scrambled eggs and sausage links). There were also a pancake maker, fruits, cereal, pastries, and various drinks. Check out was quick and we were on our way. Overall, a great visit.

Micro is a good descriptor for the size of the room. We didn't need much space since we only stayed one night. The room was very comfortable. Would stay again.
