"El lugar es bonito y tranquilo. Lo malo es que se demoran mucho en responder cualquier solicitud, o peor aún, responden horas más tarde y dicen que ya están fuera de horario de atención. Además ofrecen un dichoso servicio de restaurante dizque todos los dias hasta las 10 de la noche, pero en realidad solo están disponibles de vez en cuando, y hasta bien temprano. "I stayed at this property as a last minute trip - the hotel was beyond my expectations. A bit outdated as it was recently purchased from previous owners but I have no doubt Tequendama Hotels will update every bit of the hotel. I rate hotel 10/10. It was absolutely wonderful."
