“Great property but be warned, no one after hours is there to greet you. After hours in my case was 7 pm. Though the next day, the maid was gone and no one there by 3 pm.
Ideally you have communicated before on WhatsApp and have both the door code and the room code recorded. If not, assuming you have cell, you can do it like I did and call from the door and do everything remotely. Too complicated for me to do in English but someone was available who could take the call
The place was clean……

“Our experience in Cartagena itself was not very good however the staff at our hotel were wonderful! They went above and beyond to make us comfortable and create an enjoyable stay to offset some of our more unfortunate experiences. The hotel was comfortable, clean and centrally located. The breakfast was fresh with a good amount of variety and the coffee delicious. The pools were both gorgeous and the rooftop pool was great for sun lounging. ”
