This was a lovely hotel in a lovely location. Great staff.
I would give it five stars but it was only slightly let down by two things:
a) The hotel is RIGHT on the main square of old-town Merida. A great location for sure but there is quite a bit of noise associated with the opening and closing of the bars on the square
b) I’m not sure if it was just my room but my bathroom had VERY smelly drains. It’s an old historic building I know but….Someone sensitive might need to change rooms. I did my best to ignore it.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean with comfortable beds, breakfast was with a good variety and tasty and the hotel has a big parking place.
A short 5-minute drive and you are in the center of Mérida, the hotel is just outside the city so the surroundings are quiet.
Unfortunately, there was a negative part of our stay, the hotel is not soundproof to the interior corridors and adjacent rooms so we could hear everything very loud and clear, other guests closing their room doors guests talking in the hallways early in the morning, toilets being flushed, coughing, etc. which did not provide a good night's rest.

Good stopover, Great pool.
Large hotel in outskirts of Don Benito, perfect for a travel stopover, great pool but had to find loungers and set the up ourselves, also no pool towels offered, we had to negotiate with reception. Breakfast limited and crowded.

Beautiful hotel
Beautiful hotel, with its own style, it has a 360 beautiful view and has everything you would need. It is worth to drive and extra kilometer!
