“Lovely stay!”

“We hadden een verblijf van 2 nachten. De kamer die we hadden was op en top. Grote badkamer met ligbad. Het bed was heerlijk en kamer was netjes met een koelkast met vriezertje. Dagelijks werd fles water vervangen en houskeeping deed goed zijn werk. Hotel ligt mooi centraal direct aan zimmerplein. Lier heeft kleine binnenkern waar je heerlijk doorheen kan wandelen. Leuke bruggetjes en een mooie gracht. Het ontbijt was netjes..van alles wat en service van personeel was correct. Voor een dagtrip is……

“I really enjoyed my stay at the B&B. I got an apartment attached to the main body of the B&B, with a private garden and cozy interiors. I liked the tiles in the bathroom very much. The kind host was really helpful addressing a couple of minor issues and made me feel at home. The only downside is that it is located outside of the city center and you would need a Uber/Taxi to go to restaurants or reach to the train station. Highly recommended for business trips.”

“Don't follow GPS!!! The road is closed in front of the hotel and you have to look at the map instead. We were very lost forever late at night. Having said that once we were there it was perfect. ”

“Nice hotel, Grate breakfast. Missing air-conditioning, the room was supposed to have have air conditioner and it only had a fan. it was way to hot in the night. It's an okey hotel, would be really good if the rooms did have actual air-conditioning and not just the fan”

“Cachet de Cire is een fijne plek om et overnachten. Er zijn drie kamers. IK had een schone, grote kamer met alle faciliteiten. Het ontbijt is met ingrediënten naar eigen keuze klaargemaakt en erg smaakvol. De gastvrouw is vriendelijk en voorkomend. Deze b&b ligt 10 minuten lopen van het centrum en vlakbij het station, waar ook tegen laag tarief kan worden geparkeerd.”

“Fantastic location, a bit off the well trodden path. Looks like it's very popular with cyclists and walkers, as in a nice area in the forest. Everything clean and up to date as you would expect. Passed on breakfast so can't say what it was like.”

“An old world hotel surrounded by a lovely pond and wild vegetation. Quiet enough to hear the frogs at night and the birds in the morning. Beds roomy and firm, helpful owner, decent breakfast, close to town and bike paths. Our room had huge windows that opened to the courtyard and pond below. Enjoyed our stay very much.”
