“Historic building and legacy owners managing the property. The rooms were clean, and there was shared common spaces if you wished to use them which provide provided options. Lots of space, comfortable. We were greeted by Luciano, he gave us information and a warm welcome. Extra parking arrangements were made in a secure parking location. We were very happy with the edge of the ZTL accommodation and parking. Very handy. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“It was in an art gallery! Four stories and a rooftop right in the heart of city center- steps to the main Piazzos and the fish market. Every one of the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and especially our bartender, Luna breakfast and the bar were on the second story balcony. Rooms amazing and decorated w/artwork and antiques. The bed was comfortable and large, bathroom and amenities luxurious. ”

“Great communication. The building itself is old and there is a really local market downstairs that might be shocking at first BUT the area is safe and your are literally a few minutes away from the central area where all the tourists go. Also, the rooms at Grafea are excellent and clean and the showers are nice and hot with heated towel. I will stay again if I go to Catania.”

“The host was extremely helpful and very communicative. She is a 5 star host and had some nice snacks and beverages available for us when we arrived. However, the room itself had mold on the shower door and some type of allergen in the bed sheets as my wife got sick after the one night stay. “De façon globale, nous avons passé un bon séjour. La propriétaire est adorable, disponible et a l'écoute. Elle parle français ce qui a été pour nous un vrai plus. Le personnel est aussi très gentil. L'endroit est très sympa, avec une vue merveilleuse sur l'Etna. Un centre commercial est juste à côté, ce qui est appréciable pour dépanner. Le parking gratuit est aussi un plus.
