“The owner of this property left us abandoned and helpless. We arrived in Rome after 11pm, which the host knew in advance and acknowledged. Though the check in window was earlier than this, we thoroughly communicated our late arrival with the staff, and they assured us that it was okay. They did not indicate that there would be any issues with our late arrival especially since we have advanced notice. When it came time to check in, the host was unresponsive even after multiple calls and messages……

“We can’t say enough nice things and are so glad we stayed here! Everything we saw on the property was very clean. I’m picky on room cleanliness and didn’t even see a hair left behind, so impressed. Breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. Bed was simple but just what we liked and room was cool with the ac durning our summer heatwave. Also one of the quieter rooms we’ve ever stayed in, very low noise. Located in the best part of Rome - good food options close by but not in the……

“Great room, modern, clean. The air conditioner was amazing. The bathroom was clean and modern too. I loved that it included breakfast.”

We have stayed there for 10 days and we felt like at home! The place is simply outstanding and has exceeded our expectations despite of all the great reviews we have read before visiting it.
