“I waited at the check in desk, rang the bell for assistance 4 times, called the hotel with no answer while I was standing in the lobby, and finally yelled for help before sometime came to check me in, and even then they weren't very nice about it. She said " you game to ring the bell" and i said i rang it 4 times! I was in town for the marathon, and they did not offer an early breakfast for runners. I had to stop at a local gas station for a muffin and banana so i had something to eat before my……

“This apartment was adorable and in such a great location! Bed was super comfortable, shower was nice, and the views were great. I was here for the horseshow and it took only 5-10mins to get there each day. Also, the rental agency that runs these properties is super communicative and easy to reach. Would recommend!”

“Beds were great, requested rollover bed and it was great too. I checked in online and front desk couldn’t locate me for 20min. We reached mid night and had to wait for 30min to allocate the room. Other than gym, nothing can be used in the resort, even tennis courts are $30 per hour for guests. Didn’t use any.”

“This condo is not fully air conditioning. Upstairs is very hot. Matters are not good. We stayed two nights, not sleeping well. Outside single is making noises, nobody can sleep on that. So overall experience is not good”
