The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Late checkout was no problem. The parking was packed, however, we found a space fortunately each night. Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was normal for breakfast and plentiful.

The water temperature in the pool was too warm for swimming laps. Otherwise our stay was perfect. Also, the breakfast was very good. The staff was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

I was a little hesitant when I saw the outside of the property. It was clean but looked dated. As soon as I entered the lobby, I understood why the reviews were so positive. It was very clean and well maintained and the staff were friendly. Sure, it isn't a luxury hotel, but it is a nice place to stay for a reasonable (for Traverse City) price.

Clean room, friendly staff, pretty good continental breakfast options every morning! Pool was nice and warm and hot tub was bigger than most other hotels. Only critique was the gym - one treadmill, one stationary bike and a cable machine. That’s fine enough but the room was hotter and more humid than the rest of the hotel which should be the opposite if people will be working out. Overall a nice long weekend for us!

The shuttle driver was awesome best shuttle driver ever we had a delay and he picked us up later than the scheduled ride he is a life saver.The staff was very great as well totally recommend not to mention the beds so soft and comfortable !

Rooms were clean and comfortable. I wish I could take the pillows home with me. Only downside was that room 239 a bit noisy right over check in desk so you could hear a lot of talking and every time the phone rang
